Method of preparation:
Bring 2 to 2.5 litres of water to the boil for 0.5 kg of vareniki and lightly salt the water.
Drop the vareniki straight into boiling water while still frozen, without prior thawing.
Stir gently to prevent them from sticking to each other or to the bottom of the pan.
When they rise to the surface, continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove the vareniki with a slotted spoon and place them in a container with melted butter.
Fold in gently.
Service:
Serve hot with butter, soured cream, honey or a red berry sauce.

Handmade vareniki with a delicate, sweet filling made from SYRNYK fresh cheese (15 % fat content), made from farm milk.
Pastry: wheat flour, water, raw egg, salt.
Filling: SYRNYK fresh cheese (cow's milk, starter cultures), raw egg, sugar, vanillin.

Storage conditions:
Keep frozen at –18 °C — for up to 3 months.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
